Physical Exams

As part of our new patient appointments, each patient will undergo a full functional exam with our nurse practitioner. This initial examination will uncover the cause of the pain or problem and be followed with a care plan to resolve the issue through a combination of chiropractic, medical care and therapeutic exercises.

Trigger Point Injections

Trigger point injections serve to dissolve hardened, painful myofascial nodules in the muscles.

Prolotherapy

Stimulates healing to repair and rebuild connective tissues by producing new collagen tissue, resulting in permanent stabilization of the joint.

Kinesio Taping

At True Wellness Integrated Medicine, we use RockTape to help with injuries as well as performance taping. For injuries, there are 3 main things that RockTape helps with:

Rocktape stabilizes the area without restricting movement so you.

RockTape is a kinesiology tape and is fantastic for treating common sports injuries like shin splints, plantars, and runner’s knee. RockTape also can increase endurance by promoting blood flow during an athletic event.

RockSauce is the newest product and is a topical pain reliever. RockSauce is one of the most powerful pain relieving lotions you can buy over the counter. When RockSauce and RockTape are combined, the athlete is completely revitalized.
